PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Place of Birth: Duluth, Minnesota

Former Residences: McGregor, Minnesota; Columbus, Ohio; Tucson, Arizona; Sierra Vista, Arizona;
Seattle, Washington. Meridian resident since 1983.

Travel, both foreign and domestic, has been, and continues to be, one of the most stimulating influences
on my artistic life.  I’ve had the opportunity to visit outstanding art museums  throughout the United
States, such as the Metropolitan Museum in New York, the National Galleries of Washington, D.C., the Art
Institute of Chicago, and the Getty Museum in California,    I have enjoyed studying art works in museums
around the world, from the Hermitage in Russia, the Louvre in France,  the Uffizi in Italy.  I have traveled
to over 65 countries to date, including China, India, Thailand, Cambodia, the Russian Federation,
Uzbekistan, most of Europe, Peru, Argentina, Central America, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti, Egypt, Morocco,
Turkey...All 50 states...7 provinces... and more.  In these travels I have taken the opportunity to see how
other artist express themselves with the goal of improving my own art.
